I am making a dataset consisting of Bangladesh children aged under five.

After combining the latest 6 waves (1999-00 to 2017-18) which include survey GPS locations, I realized that the variables for "Height-for-Age z-score (HAZ)", `hw70`, and the other relevant variables for WAZ and WHZ are missing in the first two waves (1999-00 and 2004).

Instead, another variable "height in centimeters" `hw3` is available for those periods. If any, would you be able to share the Stata code to calculate HAZ, WAZ, and WHZ using height, weight, and age (month)?

I need to calculate these consistently with those in DHS in 2007 onwards to make sure they are in the same unit and comparable, otherwise, I would drop observations from DHS 1999-00 and 2004.

Thank you for your help in advance and I look forward to hearing your answer.
