Following is a response from Senior DHS staff member, Tom Pullum:

In the earlier surveys you listed I can find variables in the IR files that refer to brac, brdp, asha, proshika, mother's club, and grameen bank, but no such variables in the 2017-18 survey. It appears that the questions were dropped from the 2017-18 survey. You could confirm this by searching for keywords in the questionnaire, which is in an appendix to the final report. If the questions were dropped it may be that the frequencies in the earlier surveys were too low for useful analysis.
