Hi together,

I downloaded the Survey Datasets for Vietnam, unfortunately the GPS Datasets are not available for this country. My question is: Are there any attributes in this dataset to spatial reference the data. It does not necessarily have to be coordinates, but region codes and so on would already be nice to have for my analysis. The only attributes i could find till now is region, which has 3 variables (north, center, south)

Thanks for your help
Eric

I took a look at the individual recode data for the 2005 AIS and 2002 DHS and see that there is a variable called sprovin that stores the province names. This should be what you're looking for.
