Following is a response from DHS staff member, Tom Pullum:

The DHS GitHub site includes instructions for doing this with NFHS-4: https://github.com/DHSProgram/DHS-Analysis-Code/tree/main/Mu ltilevel_Weights/India . NFHS-5 used the same design and sampling frame, so you should be able to get what you want by modifying appropriately.
