Following is a response from DHS Research & Data Analysis Director, Tom Pullum:

Not the PR file. This table is based on s361 and s368 in the IR file, and sm320 in the MR file. It will be easiest to use the IR file for the first and second columns, and the MR file for the third column. You do not need to merge the IR and MR files, just use them separately.

To find these variables in Stata, I entered "lookfor contact". This gives a list of any variables that have "contact" in the variable label. You can do this with any keywords.
