Greetings,

I am looking for the annual global investment in Malaria Indicator Surveys. I would also like to have the cumulative figure for last decade.

This seems like it should be super easy to find--it is taxpayer funded after all and should be out there in public domain.

I have been searching the Net and literature for too long and am about to give up--can someone please point me in the right direction?
