HI Trevor,

I am trying to create provincial information for Nepal DHS 2001 to 2011. 2016 has this info but before that doesn't. However, in order to have uniformity from 2001 to 2016, can I ask if district Nawalparasi is included in which province? The frequency of all provinces matches with the already existing province variable in the dataset for 2016 (in my case I am analysing PR) but not for province 4 and 5? This is because of district Nawalparasi (which was later split into two districts). Please advise.
