hello,

I am trying to analyze premarital sexual activities in India,

as Guide to DHS statistics suggest to recode variable V525 (age of the respondent at first sexual activity) to calculate involvement in premarital sexual activities (0=Never had sex; 8/45=ever had sex). But there is a variable s315 is for ever had sexual intercourse. var s315 gives more prevalence than V525. Since it is sensitive question, which variable to use to see whether a person is ever involved in sexual activities or not?
also there are other variables such as v531.
