The NFHS-5 datasets are not yet publicly available, but we hope they will be available in the next 2-3 months. The DHS Program does not have any control over the timing of the release of the NFHS-5 datasets. The decision on the release of the data is in the hands of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) and the International Institute for Population Sciences, Mumbai. Therefore, we can't give you a precise time for the release. Typically, DHS datasets are not released until the national report has been published. The national report for NFHS-5 has already been drafted and sent to MoHFW for their comments and approval.
