I think I found some errors in the coding of the district variable of the NFHS-4 GPS data set (variable "DHSREGNA" in IAGE71FL.shp).
Two Punjab districts - Sangrur and Shahid Bhagat Singh Nagar - seem to be interchanged. Also some Manipur Clusters which are actually located in the district Imphal East are coded as Imphal West and vice versa. If I am correct, the corresponding district variables in the recode datasets ("shdistri") contain the same errors. Find attached a table containing the DHSIDs of the points which I think are wrongly coded. For locating them, I used a personal revision of a district map which can be found online ( https://github.com/datameet/maps/blob/master/Survey-of-India -Index-Maps/Boundaries/India-Districts-2011Census.shp). I would attach it too, but unfortunately it exceeds the file size limit.
