Can someone confirm that cervical cancer screening question are available in the Rwanda 2019-20 Standard DHS? It is listed on the website but I cannot seem to find the variable in the questionnaire.

Please search in the .map file for the string "cancer" or "HPV". You should find them in the S1110* variables.

The HPV variables are located in the file, but not the cervical cancer screening variables. The survey summary says that they were collected but I am wondering if this was an error.

The IR file contains variables s1110b-f, which relate to having received an HPV vaccination against cervical cancer. This is not the same as screening for cervical cancer. You can search for the specific questions in the women's questionnaire in the appendix to the final report.

Hi Bridgette-DHS,
I have searched the appendix in the final report and cannot find any cervical cancer screening questions. On the Standard DHS 2019-2020 summary page it says that these questions were collected. https://dhsprogram.com/methodology/survey/survey-display-554 .cfm

Is this an error on the website?
