Thank you for this question. It is important to understand the costs to understand the amount and proportion of resources devoted to collection of health data. Can anyone point to a site that would have DHS and/or MIS and/or AIS and/or PHIA costs by country for ongoing and past surveys. Since most are likely funded by US taxpayers it is probably in the public domain somewhere. Perhaps the moderator can help us as I imagine that DHS knows the costs...thank you.
