Dear DHS experts,

In the Nepal SPA 2015 report (table 3.9), the the percentage of facilities with regular quality assurance activities and observed documentation of quality assurance activities is 19.9. I am interested to know the percentage of the counterparts i.e. percentage of facilities with no regular quality assurance activities and observed documentation of quality assurance activities.
Would it be possible to get the code of this variable?

Hi Shakim,
If you look at the questionnaire, facilities that say they don't have quality assurance activities (q440) skip the next two questions about documentation, so there wouldn't be a scenario where you could calculate the percentage of facilities with no regular quality assurance activities and observed documentation of quality assurance activities.

You could only calculate the % of facilities without regular quality assurance activities, or the % of facilities with regular quality assurance activities that say they don't have official documentation of those activities.
