Nigeria DHS 2018. When looking at indicators broken down by percentage they do not equate to 100%. For example, clean cord care and the distribution of those who have a substance placed on the cord for home birth deliveries = 87.3 - is this because the remaining 12.7% responses were missing or unknown? Additionally, institutional deliveries = 100.7%. Is the due to rounding with decimals?

Thank you.
