	| I am using the 2011 Ethiopia dataset to run some comparative stats. I have a question in the ETHR61FL data set regarding hv245 " Hectares of agricultural land (1 decimal)". The data range is 0:949 and the average land area owned per household comes out to around 30 ha. However, this seems quite high. I looked back at the questionnaire and it appears there is a decimal point in the response field xx.x. I'm wondering if a decimal point should be added to the data (i.e. 30 becomes 3, 100 becomes 10, etc). That way, the average land per household is 3 ha which seems more reasonable. Your guidance regarding this matter is much appreciated.
