Hi, I am analyzing the Sri Lanka DHS 2006/2007 and plot the household data in QGIS, I find that some of the household points rest outside of the country boundary in the map. While according to the GPS manual, DHS protocol restricts the displacement to the first administrative level.

Is there anyone encounter a similar problem？
