Dear Samadoul,
Obstetric fistula is a country specific variable, so the name is going to differ from survey to survey. You could search the pdf questionnaire in the final report for the string "fistula". For country specific questions, the variables are generally named and coded in the same way as they were on the questionnaire. If it exists, the variable will have a leading "SH" if the question was asked at the household level, a leading "S" if asked at the women's level, and a leading "SM" if asked at the men's level.
Or, you could open the .map file (which is within the .zip downloaded from the web site), in a text editor and search for the string: "fistula". If you already know questions were asked on fistula, this would be easier, because you'd see the variable names, based on the search. See example below for two related variables from the Congo (Brazzaville): Standard DHS, 2011-12 map file (cgir60.map)
S1012 Ever heard of fistula
S1013A Information on fistula: radio/TV/newspaper
I hope this helps.
