The variable v463z in women's file stands for "smokes nothing". Does it mean that the individual don't take any form of tobacco if she responded "yes"?

That's correct, the value 1 indicates: "no tobacco use" and 0 "otherwise".

thank you for the reply. Does "no tobacco use" means that he/she neither consume it nor smoke it?
