Hello,

I am currently working on the Haiti SPA 2013 databases, in particular the "facility" data file >>> The "District" variable (V002) is coded with a range from 10 to 75, but nowhere I do find the names of the communes associated with these values (the coding does not even seem to be the same as in the SPA 2017-2018 where the names of the communes are easily found).

Could you help me solve this problem?

Following is a response by Senior SPA Survey Manager, Albert Themme:

Unfortunately, we do not have the names of the codes for V002. This information was not provided before the survey went into the field and never captured later.
