Following is a response from DHS Research & Data Analysis Director, Tom Pullum:

The children born in the past five years, whether or not still living, are in the KR file. For Niger, this will be a file whose name begins with the letters "NIKR". If you have access to the other Niger files, such as the IR and PR, you will have access to this one.

Pls I appreciate your response. It is NIGERIA I want not Niger. However, it is the Under five children data in NIGERIA in SPSS and STATA
