For the 2015-2016 India DHS, the presence of others items (v811 v812 v813 v814) are missing high amounts of data (90%) compared to other surveys (i.e. Angola not missing any data on these items). I have searched the Final Report but there is no detail on these items. Why does India have such a high rate of missing data for this item compared to other surveys?

In answer to your question, notes have been added to the documentation by Data Processing Consultant, Alexander Izmukhambetov (see below):
Note # 14 Items V811, V812, V813, V814 Out of 122,351eligible cases, 57,774 have missing values due to an error in the data capture program. Note that only women in the state module subsample (17.5%) of eligible women were eligible to answer these questions. Eligibility for state module subsample is defined in item SSMOD.
