Dear user,
I am investigating the association between maternal age and neonatal mortality in Bangladesh by using BDHS2014 datasets. For my outcome neonatal mortality I need to sort out the neonatal death from B6 (child age at death in days and months) but in this variable there are huge missing values which is strange. Am I chosing the right variable or there's some problem? Please guide me!

This variable is missing for any child that is still alive - and that is most children.
