I think the proposed question will not exactly capture the information we are interested in.
The question assesses purchase frequency per week, which differs widely by food item. I would expect very few people to purchase sugar once a week. We are interested what the majority of the household is consuming, so we should not ask for purchase of individual members. Bread would always be yes if anyone in the household buys a sandwich once a week.

Therefore I would like to propose to reformulate the question to one of the following options:
1. Does your household mainly purchase the [food item] your household regularly/mainly consumes? (Yes / No)
2. Where does your household mainly acquire the [food item]? (give the most frequent answer options, e.g. own production, ration shop, local shop, do not consume)
