Where can I find the key to what the numbers in v131 (ethnicity) mean? I would like to know respondents' ethnicity. Thank you!

The ethnicity information is available in the files you downloaded. Please look for the file with .MAP extension, that's within the zip file you downloaded. Open this file in any text editor and search for the labels for V131: Ethnicity.
