I am trying to generate similar tables found on pages 176-177 of the final report of the 2014 Egypt DHS that discussed the Nutritional Status among Children Age 5-19 Years. This age group was not captured in the KR file and I am using the BR file. I was able to calculate the BMI using bmi=v445/100. How do I calculate the age-sex specific BMI-scores in SAS? The Guide to DHS Statistics does not cover this age-group.

Thanks,
Zelalem
