On behalf of the PMI Case Management team: These questions ask 'how long after the fever started to did you take DRUG'...however, it might be easier and more germane to add the timeliness factor to the series Q533/534/536 so that the questionnaire asks how soon after the fever started was TREATMENT sought...we are more interested in them going to seek appropriate treatment in a timely fashion.
