On behalf of the PMI Case Management Team: (several comments on this one question)

•Clarify 'combination' therapy with artemisinin respondents might consider paracetamol plus a monotherapy to be 'combination therapy' (which it is not)...need to make this very clear for the respondents
•Can we include artemisinin monotherapies in the list maybe whatever is prevalent in the given country. This is a major issue for PMI.
•Injections/pills/syrups: are listed as antibiotics in the standard recode, but they are not always antibiotics...they could be a range of things. For example, PMI purchases injectable antimalarials (for severe disease) and we would want to know about that separately from antibiotics. Suggest breaking pills/syrups/injections into separate questions.
•Suggest doing a validation of this question to see how reliable these data really are.
•What about drugs in the form of suppositories which are very common in some countries. PMI purchase rectal formulations of anti-malarial drugs.
