IPUMS DHS now includes integrated data for men (from the MR files). At this writing, consistently coded and fully documented data for men from 120 samples are now included in the IPUMS DHS database. Select men as the unit of analysis if you wish to download data for men. As with other types of files included in IPUMS DHS, you can choose to display the original DHS variable names (starting with MV) or the mnemonic names created by the IPUMS DHS project staff.
