In woman questionnaire, right after Q435, the following questions shoud be added:

Right after delivery, have you received an injection made by the health care provider? Yes, No, Don't rember

After the placenta was removed (came out), has the health care provider made a massage or asked you to make massage to your belly?
Yes, No, Don't rember
