I recently downloaded from StatCompiler the ASFRs by region for Zambia. For some of the age groups, I see 9999999 instead of a rate. What does 9999999 signify? It occurs only for 35 and over age groups, particularly in the 45-49 age group. Not all regions are impacted in all surveys by the way. See attachment.
