Hi,

I'm a graduate student and I plan to use DHS Ethiopia data for one of my projects. To be able to use the data, I have to link the Enumeration Area (EA) to the Peasant Association (PA) (locally called Kebele) they are located in. I believe revealing the the PAs to which the EAs belong doesn't run any higher disclosure risk than allowed by DHS. Note that, I'm not requesting the Enumeration Area code. Instead, I'm looking for the PAs to which the EAs belong. Since there are more than one EAs in one PA in most cases, and the geo-references are already displaced, revealing the PAs doesn't run any higher disclosure risk than required by DHS. So I was wondering if I can access the PAs to which the EAs belong for Ethiopian DHS data?
