Standard HIV service availability & readiness index calculation? (based on WHO SARA) [message #17471]

Dear DHS forum users,

We would like to calculate the general HIV service availability & readiness for each health facility in some countries as a percentage, based on the four HIV service areas from WHO SARA (HIV counseling and testing, HIV/AIDS care and support services, ART prescription and management & PMTCT).

Is there a standardised way to calculate this, based on the SPA indicators from the WHO SARA?
