Dear DHS QRE Administrator,

Please find attached our form to request a change to existing question 608 of the DHS-7 core questionnaire for Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health.

This revision was based on our upcoming paper accepted in the International Journal of Epidemiology entitled, "Comparison of One-Week and Two-Week Recall Periods for Caregiver-Reported Diarrheal Illness in Children Using Nationally Representative Household Surveys". The paper was recently accepted and will be available as an open-access original article in the coming weeks.
