Suggested revision: Add Standard Days Method into the generic questionnaire, allowing countries where it is not offered
to opt out of including it.

Rationale: The Standard Days Method is considered a best practice by USAID and WHO. Version 6 of the generic
questionnaire allows countries to add the method to their questionnaire, and provides guidelines about how to do so
(opt in). However, the method is becoming available in more and more countries, and should be listed in the same
manner as the Lactational Amenorrhea Method, which is listed as an opt-out method.
