Following is a response from Senior DHS Stata Specialist, Tom Pullum:

The anthropometry results in the DHS main reports are usually based on children in the PR file, rather than the KR file. The height and measurements are taken during the household interview, for all children in the household who are in the age range. This is more children than are in the KR file.
