As the National Programme Manager of the Saving One Million Lives Programme for Results for the Government of Nigeria, I endorse this recommendation and a few others. We rely on data from nationally-representative surveys such as the DHS to triangulate with the National Nutrition and Health Surveys to monitor progress in our key interventions and to make performance-based financial disbursements to states demonstrating improvement in results through performance........DR.
