While downloading data from different countries, some come with a country-specific codebook in PDF/Word Docx formats (Eg. ETIR70FL Codebook, Ethiopia 2016) and some don't. I'm wondering if there's a place where I can find other codebooks for other datasets. Specifically, I'm looking for the ones for Individual's survey (the IR datasets) for Kenya 2014, Tanzania 2015-2016, and Uganda 2016.

The documentation for the 3 surveys you listed are not yet available for distribution. They will be released with the next version of the datasets.
