Helleo, I'm Naoki from Japan.

I'm looking for original questionnaire for DHS7_Woman_Phillipines.
I found DHS7 questionnaire hire ( https://dhsprogram.com/publications/publication-dhsq7-dhs-qu estionnaires-and-manuals.cfm), and downloaded the Stata dataset for DHS7_Phillipines.

How can I accord variables of original questionnaire with the variables of the dataset?

In DHS publication page, there are five types of questionnaire (household, man, woman, biomaker, fieldworker), however these names doesn't accord with each downloaded dataset (birth records, fieldworker, household, individual, children, household member).

I cannot clarify this inconsistency.
Would you help me?
