Dear Colleagues,
The open comment period to provide input into The DHS Program's model questionnaires, optional modules, and biomarkers has been extended through March 15th.
The Demographic and Health Surveys (DHS) Program, in collaboration with USAID, is in the process of reviewing the Model Questionnaires and optional modules used for The Program's flagship Demographic and Health Surveys.
The DHS-8 Questionnaire Review Portal on the DHS User Forum was launched on January 21st and is open to receive your requests for changes. The Portal includes instructions on how to submit requests for changes, submission forms, and other supporting documentation.
