I have been approved to use the Haiti dataset for 2016-17. I had requested access to the HIV data as well but I have not been granted access to download it even though the site says that the data is available. I tried revising my request under the "Request Additional Datasets for Project" option but I am still not given the option to download the HIV dataset. How may I get access to the data?
