Thanks indeed for this opportunity to propose modifications to DHS 8. I think the users of DHS data are happy with the existing modules, but clearly there is a need to diversify the scope of the surveys. I particularly emphasise the subjective well-being module that were implemented in MICS 5, and partly in Albania DHS 2017. Surveys of this scale should be able to collect data on this easy to measure, yet crucial indicators on population health. Below are some additions I'd like to recommend for the DHS 8 questionnaire:

1) Subjective health and well-being
2) Health/lifestyle behaviour
3) Data on slum dwellers

The attached file contains a detailed description of the module specific indicators.
