Dear Sir,
Now, I am Ph.D student in Institute of Population and Social Research, Mahidol University, Thailand. I use my Ph.D thesis with Myanmar DHS data. In my analysis stage, I have a plan to use multilevel analysis. Therefore, I would like to get cluster codes for Myanmar. In MDHS 2015-16 data, there are 442 clusters, but those are not mentioned about urban/rural/township. So, may I know, the cluster codes,those came from the name of urban or rural or townships.
