Hi,

I recently re-downloaded this data set and found there was a file missing. When I first downloaded this data in 2015, there was a sick child (SC) file included. This is no longer part of the download, though it is still listed on the readme that comes with the files.

Was the removal a mistake or has this file been purposefully removed from the dataset? If so, is there anyway to access it?
