2015 India data "na" variables v105 [message #16342]

In the India women's survey data for 2015 (NFHS-4), I am interested in the variable v105 labeled "na-type of place of previous residence". I'm wondering why it is "na"? Is it available elsewhere, or was the question not asked in this round? I'm trying to flag rural-urban migrants. Thank you!

Have you tried searching for an alternative variable (if any)?
Variables with na, mean that questions related to the variable were not asked on the survey.
