what do you mean by within state wealth index? how is it calculated? what is the difference of wealth index and within state wealth index? how do these differ from wealth index -urban/rural

Thank you for your reply to my query on the wealth index within state. But, can you please let me know what the numerator and the denominators were to calculate this value? I need to understand how it was calculated. was the denominator the number of households in that particular state?
