Hi,

I am working with Ethiopia dataset and to measure the rate of neonatal death using STATA. Can anyone share the code to do this.

The problem is that I want to measure ND per 10,000 live births but not sure how can I manage the data on live births.

I would also like to know whether weighing makes any difference in the rate of ND.
