Good afternoon,


My names Douglas Mushinge, a Master of Public Health candidate specialising in Health Economics at the University of Cape Town.


Early this year I requested access and permission from the DHS program to use Zambia DHS data (2013/14)for my study, for which I was immediately granted. I have since submitted my research proposal to the ethics committee in my faculty and have unfortunately not been granted approval because I need to receive permission from the Zambian DHS program.


I am hereby requesting for permission in form of an approval letter.

I truly appreciate the help.
