Yes you are correct that you need to use the children's dataset (KR file). If you look at the questionnaire at the back of the final report the questions on fever, heel/finger prick, and ACTs are all asked of women who have had a child in the past 5 years. This information is located in found in the KR file since the denominator of these indicators are children <5 years of age.
