Is it possible to find districtwise TFRs for all major states in India? If yes, kindly explain how to extract this info? if not, one please explain the reason and then kindly indicate which other source can be referred to obtain this info. This is an urgent requirement, so please respond asap.

The total fertility rates were not included in the district fact sheets (that are available on the DHS Program and IIPS websites). However, the TFRs will be included in Excel spreadsheets that should be uploaded on the IIPS website sometime next week (available at http://rchiips.org/NFHS/districtfactsheet_NFHS-4.shtml).
