Dear Forum Members,
I am using the DHS 2003 file for Nigeria to calculate the BMI for women and children to measure nutritional status. When I subset the eligible women for BMI
using the individual member recode file, I find out that the number of observations is higher than the observations in the women files. The difference
is about 58 observations. My thinking is that eligible women for BMI in the individual member re code file should be the same with the women file since
the women file is derived from the individual member re code file. What is the possible explanation to this variation?
